Health Advocate is available 24/7, and ensures that all personal information is kept confidential and private.


Who is Eligible?

The Advocacy Services are available to you, your spouse, dependent children and your parents and parents-in-law. The Wellness Program covers you, your spouse, and dependent children age 18 and older. Please note that the Health Advocate services (both advocacy and wellness) are offered to you only if you are enrolled in the medical and pharmacy plans offered through the Consortium.
